Performance
The Challenge
Cara Moseley brought almost two decades inside elite sport and business. She is HCPC- and BPS-chartered, has earned over 64 caps for Wales, and has won two World Championships, but she had no digital presence to match that standing. The brief carried a specific tension. Her philosophy is that psychology is a relationship rather than a product to be sold, so a conventional services-and-pricing site would have worked against the brand. We needed a site that felt premium and human, communicated her credibility without overstating it, and guided three different audiences (teams and organisations, leaders and individuals, and speaking enquiries) toward one low-pressure action: starting a conversation.
The Solution
We designed and built a bespoke brand identity and website that leads with story and credibility rather than a sales pitch. The site runs on a modern static architecture (Astro) for fast load times, strong security, and clean SEO foundations. A clear three-pathway structure lets each audience find the right route quickly, while a simple "We listen. We build. We hand over." narrative explains how Cara works. Credibility markers such as international caps, championships, and chartered accreditations appear throughout the site, and every page points toward a "Book a discovery call" prompt. We also added adaptive light and dark branding, an audio clip of Cara's working philosophy for a personal touch, full UK GDPR-compliant cookie and privacy handling, and Open Graph and Twitter metadata so shared links display properly.
